BLE is at the leading edge of smoke and fire curtain technology. They have countless systems deployed worldwide and are considered the gold standard in passive fire and smoke containment strategies. This technology is gaining rapid acceptance here in the U.S.A. in mission critical environments by Federal and State Agencies, Fire Protection Engineers, Architects and Building owners. Our systems are installed throughout the United States by our sister company US Smoke & Fire Services, LLC.

Steven S. Sadeghian PhD, M.S. - Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Sadeghian has been involved in all apsects of real estate development and management, acquisition, project management, & asset management for the last twenty years. Dr. Sadeghian graduated from George Washington University where he recieved a Bacholars in Science in Biology and Psychology in 1986. In 1988 Dr. Sadeghian received a Master of Science from Georgetown University School Of Medicine & the Georgetown University Graduate School of Arts & Sciences in Medical Physiology and Biophysics. In 1991, Dr. Sadeghian received a doctorate in Public Health Managment from Eastern Virginia Medical School. He is published in the area of the construction and redevelopment of a health care delivery system. In 1991, Dr. Sadeghian founded the MedGroup and worked extensively in Morroco and Algeria consulting on the construction of hospitals and ambulatory care facilities for the government.

A founding member of the MEDGROUP, the MEDGROUP still builds today healthcare delivery systems internationally in North Africa and the Middle East. Domestically, Dr. Sadeghian founded CYSA Development which consults for various institutional groups, real estate investment trusts, hospitality groups, and private investment groups and manages the CYSA portfolio. Over the maturation of CYSA Development, the company has grown into a full service commercial real estate development & management company on a national scale. Dr. Sadeghian is responsible for the over all long term growth of the CYSA family of holding companies with a focus on land acquisition and build-to-suits and long-term tenant relationship management.

Dr. Sadeghian is technically recognized as a class "A" general contractor, technical Class "A" building contractor and has won numerous awards in the field of construction management and renovations and remodeling. He has been recognized as a Howard Hughes Fellow and has been nominated twice by US Registry's Who's Who in Leading American Young Executives and Entrepreneurs. Dr. Sadeghian currently lectures on the strengthening of building codes in areas of life safety for building occupants. Currently, Dr. Sadeghian is nationally recognized in the field of smoke evacuation systems and fire separation for the purposes of hardening buildings in case of explosion, fire and smoke.

Stewart Christ - Founder and President

Stewart H. Christ- Mr. Christ, an experienced business management, strategic marketing and technology executive, currently serves as the Partner responsible for Marketing and National sales for US Smoke & Fire Curtain. Stewart is also Founder, President, and CEO of Executive Peer Forum, an exclusive strategic planning environment for business leaders. He has served on the Board of Directors of MyStockFund Securities, Inc, (a member of FINRA/SIPC), and as the General Manager of the Travel Advantage Network (TAN). Mr. Christ founded OnLine Investments, Inc. (OLI), serving as the President & CEO, and Chairman of the Board. Mr. Christ previously served as President & CFO of HDS, Inc. a high-technology professional services and product manufacturing company serving federal and municipal governments in the security and safety sectors. Mr. Christ received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan, and an MBA from Marymount University. Stewart is a former member of the Young President's Organization (YPO), and is currently a member of the World President's Organization (WPO), and has served as a member of the Board of Visitors, the President of the Marymount University Alumni Association, and President of the Marymount MBA Association. Much of his personal time is spent with his family and coaching youth sports.
